The One about Thoughts and His Authority.

Hi sweet girls, so this is actually pulled from my notes way back a few years ago when I just got saved. I was fighting against anxiety, social fears, feeling like I am too awkward or unworthy or someone else can do it better, etc — whatever lies were being spoken over me , I was fighting. However, instead I leaned into Jesus and just wrote this out of boldness and fire for Him. I hope this is encouraging for you reading and that you know + believe that He equips you.

“hey sweetheart..

listen up

God is in control at all times, not times where you believe He is. No, it’s all times.

He brings people into your life, he equips you for those moments and knows that you can handle it. Do not let the devil try to discourage you or distract you with negative thoughts. Those are not from God and ask them to flee from you. Focus on the good that God whispers.

You are already whole, you have a duty in Christ, and not of this world.

You are so treasured and God has you here for a purpose that only you can fulfill. Keep shining:)

Lay down your pride, relax those shoulders, smile and get out of your head, they’re just thoughts. That is all they are, just thoughts.

You are fearless sweet girl. You are afraid of NOTHING because you have God on your side. You are so courageous and such a light and you are so loved and worthy and Jesus loves you so much.

“I have too much of a purpose to have it be spent on little things of worry and fear.

I am better than that, I am stronger than that and I will FIGHT against those hindering thoughts, I have God ❤️”

You are commanded to be STRONG and COURAGEOUS

When the devil fills you with negative thoughts, smirk, and know that you are a child of God, and you have the ultimate protection that could not be penetrated.

“No weapon formed against me shall prosper.” Isaiah 54:17

“If, therefore, your whole body is full of light, with no part of it in darkness, it will be entirely illuminated, as when a lamp shines its light on you” Luke 11:36

^ This can also be seen potentially as a reflection of how you should be mindful of your thoughts!

only allow light in your mind.

——- start to see things with expectancy and joy, reframe your thinking.

“I get to have this opportunity to explore more and hear more about my brother or sister in Christ and their story, I get to learn about this person and see how creatively God made them to be!”

You are made NEW in the image and love of Christ, you are a new creation in Christ. Your old self is gone, do not live in the past but focus on the present and who God is wanting you to be!

“....to take off your former way of life, the old self that is corrupted by deceitful desires, to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, the one created according to Gods likeness in righteousness and purity of truth” Ephesians 4:22-24

Who cares what you look like or act like, you are to glorify God in all your works and strive to live and love like Christ, lay down your pride and not live by flesh and your desires but instead GLORIFY GOD ❤️

Live as children of the light

Say yes and step out in faith, take that risk and know you are so courageous and that through God, anything is possible

You have a Father, watching over you and protecting you, guiding you and with constant love and open arms. Rest in Him and be obedient:)”
