taking a moment tonight to reflect on the concept of time here on earth.
we think that we have all of these years ahead of us - planning for tomorrow, for the next month - the next decade.
on the real - we literally have no right to believe that we are in charge of our lives here on earth.
the present moments have been so cherished in my eyes recently; all of the blessings and beautiful memories and the hardships and trials that i get to experience.
there is so much joy in both - they both carry the same joy because He meets me in both.
He rejoices with me and He battles for me.

this life that i am living is temporary and as my husband always shares and reminds me - this is the only time that we get to help someone, to comfort, to serve and to save.
until we get to live with Jesus forever - painless and free.
the act of love that we get to perform here on earth in the meantime is truly such a privilege.

we get to be living proof of the work and love that He has done in our life - we get to bring people to Heaven by sharing the news of what He has done.

we get to enjoy the gifts here on earth, every single day is a gift - to see a sunset, to laugh with friends, to love someone, to eat your favorite foods, to go on a walk, all of it
even when life seems unbearable -
give Him your load and rest

life is truly way too short to be living in fear about anything -
**no amount of anxiety can change a situation**
you don’t need to stress about what you’ll do in life, about your looks, about who you’ll be. it’ll come.
stop entertaining the thief.
life is short my friends.
take a breath and rest in knowing that He has already met us in the future, the past, and in the present.
do not worry about what other humans are thinking or doing - this is your life.
in a world so conformed - be the one who leads a different life.

as David says -

“Man is like a mere breath; His days are like a passing shadow." psalms 144 : 4

our life on earth is compared to a short breath.
think about who you want to be - how you can love better - how you can show up for yourself - and most importantly how are other ways you can love Jesus here on earth.
